2. Settlers Retirement Village, Albany

Description:

Resource consenting for 253 unit Retirement Village consisting of 19 buildings, spread over 5 hectare site in Albany

Resource Consent October 2006. Due to commence works on site May 2007

Budget:

$80 million

Coordination of Design and Consultant Team through complex and lengthy process to the granting of a publicly notified Resource Consent.

Multi-Unit Subdivision

1. Kona Place ,14 Dewhurst Place

Description:

Multi-unit subdivision and home development. Subdivision and creation of thirty home lots. Design and construction of thirty, 3 bedroom homes.

4. Spa De Serville, Princes Wharf

Description:

Up market day spa and hair salon. Designed by acclaimed New York designers, this interior fit-out on Princes Wharf incorporates state of the art hydro-therapy equipment and complex cabinetry and wall finishes. The final effect is one of peace, harmony and luxury.
